North Staffs Landlord Meeting - 3 December 2009

All landlords operating in the North Staffordshire area are invited to this meeting.

Venue - the Jubilee Hall, First Floor of the Town Hall, Glebe Street, Stoke.
Time - From 6.00pm until 7.00pm in the Jubilee Lounge, bar open. Meeting from 7.30pm - 9.30pm in the Jubilee Hall.

Agenda items include - Anti social behaviour and Property Closure Orders, the Local Housing Allowance , Inventories and the check in/out proceedure (tbc), Landlord Accreditation Scheme Update.

Before the main meeting, focus groups will be held by CRESR who are currently reviewing and evaluating the North Staffs Landlord Accreditation Scheme. This will take place between 6pm and 7pm. If you would like to attend, please register your interest by emailing the Landlord Accreditation Team or by emailing CRESR. We do need to gather attendance numbers so that we know how many groups to hold, as each group should be have no more than 20 people in it for it to be effective.
About the Review Project - This independent evaluation will review the impact of the scheme and explore ways in which it can be improved for the benefit of landlords, tenants and the local authorities.
Landlords in North Staffordshire will have the opportunity to have their say by taking part in a survey and attending several workshop events. The research team is hoping to hear from members and non-members of the Landlord Accreditation Scheme
