New Landlord Handbook

A new Landlord Handbook was launched at the Accreditation Networks (ANUK) Conference held at Greenwich University on Tuesday 24th November 2009.

This ANUK/LACORS Handbook replaces and updates the ANUK/IDeA Model Landlord Development Manual that was issued in 2007 (that has been withdrawn following this revision) and has proved popular as the basis for much professional development and training within the landlord community.

The guide continues to be adopted by the North Staffs Landlord Accreditation Scheme as A Good Practice Guide for Members.

The manual contains the basic level of knowledge required for a landlord. It relates equally to property standards, management and landlord and tenancy matters.
