Stoke-on-Trent City Council Landlord Grants
Grants may be available to Accredited Landlords with properties in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The aim of this type of assistance is to encourage good standards and practice in privately rented housing. Grant assistance is to help fund improvement measures such as security, energy efficiency, fire safety and compliance with the Decent Homes Standard. They are not available for routine maintenance or general repairs.

The assistance consists of a 50% grant to a maximum of £4,000 eligible expense (i.e. up to £2,000 grant per dwelling). The eligible expense is the cost of the works that grant aid can be awarded for. NOTE. ALL GRANTS ARE AWARDED AT THE COUNCIL’S DISCRETION AND ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABLE FUNDING.
