STAFFORDSHIRE MOORLANDS DISTRICT COUNCIL JOIN

We are pleased to announce that Staffordshire Moorlands District Council have recently signed up as a new partner to the Scheme.

This means that the Scheme now covers all of North Staffordshire. Therefore, if you own properties in the Staffordshire Moorlands area, these will now be covered by the Scheme’s code of practice. Please let us know the details of any properties that now need to be added to your Property Register.

The scheme will continue to be centrally administered at Stoke-on-Trent City Council, but relevant officers from the other local authorities will act as a local contact and carry out necessary inspections.

The necessary changes to the website and the paperwork are underway, however, until this is complete, please note that all references to the North Staffordshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme now also applies to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.
