CHANGES TO FIRE SAFETY IN HMOS-INFORMATION EVENTS

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO) comes into force in October 2006. To help landlords in the North Staffordshire area understand if and how the changes to fire safety in houses in multiple occupation affects them, we are running a series of information events.

These sessions will be provided by the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Services and are FREE OF CHARGE.

Details of the dates and venues of the events are given below:

* Thursday 28th September 2006, 2pm to 4pm at Newcastle-under-Lyme Civic
Offices
* Tuesday 3rd October 2006, 6pm to 8pm at Kings Hall, Stoke Civic Centre
* Tuesday 10th October 2006, 6pm to 8pm at Council Offices,
Moorlands House, Leek CANCELLED - amended 5/10/06
* Wednesday 18th October 2006, 2pm to 4pm at Civic Centre, Stafford. CANCELLED - amended 5/10/06
