500th member joins the Scheme

The North Staffs Landlord Accreditation Scheme celebrated issuing its 500th membership in July.

Miss Williamson is a relatively new landlord and had been told about the Scheme when she attended an open evening to find out what was planned for the Hazelhurst Street area.

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is also congratulated on signing up its 100th landlord operating in the Newcastle area.

The Scheme continues to grow through continued promotion and the work of the Steering Group to improve and expand benefits to members. Since July, more landlords have joined the Scheme and it now boasts 541 members owning over 2500 properties in the North Staffordshire area.
