Private Landlords: How can we help ? - Invitation

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are hosting an open evening for local private landlords, at Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek on Wednesday 29th October 2008 at 6.30pm.

The event is an opportunity for you to catch up on the latest local and national developments for private landlords, and speak to the Council’s housing team about any particular concerns or queries that you may have.

The privately rented sector plays a vital role in providing good quality, affordable accommodation to in the Staffordshire Moorlands, and we’re particularly interested in finding out how the Council can help you as a landlord.

There will be information on energy performance certificates, our Landlord Accreditation Scheme, grants for landlords, the tenancy bond scheme, and housing benefits. Light refreshments will be available.
